Crown & Field Menswear is a locally owned retailer with two shops in Virginia. This site is a storefront for information — it has no shopping cart, no online checkout, and no customer accounts.

What we collect

If you fill in the fitting request form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, shop, occasion, event date, party size, and notes you type into it. That is the only information this site asks you for. We do not collect payment details on this website.

How we use it

We use it for one thing: to contact you about the fitting, rental, or alteration you asked about. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Analytics

Our hosting provider records basic, aggregated traffic statistics such as page views and general geographic region. These are not used to identify individual visitors.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete anything you have sent us. Call either shop and we will take care of it — Christiansburg (540) 251-3594 or Roanoke (540) 566-4487.

Children

We frequently outfit students for prom and homecoming. Where a customer is under 18, we ask that a parent or guardian submit the request and handle the reservation.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
